Gangsaw Machine

Gangsaws are mainly used in factories with high production capacity. In this method, the stone block is cut by a series of parallel saws with diamond blades. Diamond saws have different blades and strengths, usually 40 to 80 blades. They are divided into soft and hard groups. Soft saws are used for limestone. The advantages of this cutting machine are relatively low waste and good accuracy. Hard saws In hard saws, instead of diamond blades, the stone is cut using cast iron or steel chips. Hard saws have a few tens to several hundred blades and a maximum of 150 in new machines. Modern saws can cut blocks measuring 330, 350, 200 cm.
